IntegradePro Tip: Getting Rid of Those Pesky Students Who Have Dropped
Your Class (the ones with the ~
beside their names)
Many teachers have complained that students who are no longer in
their classes still appear on Integrade Pro.
You cannot “delete” these students from your list by using
Set Up/ Students and then clicking the “delete” button at the
bottom of the student list. The students will just reappear the next time
you get back on Integrade Pro, and doing this may
mess up the system.
There is a better way that is effective.
Go to Set Up. Select Display at the top of the
drop down menu. A window will pop up. Select Spreadsheet.
On that window “unselect” “Display Inactive
Students.” Those students will no longer show up in your Integrade Pro classes.
